Remarks:
The Directors recommend the payment of a final dividend of 12 sen per RM1.00 ordinary share less 27% tax (2005: 10 sen tax exempt and 5 sen less 28% tax per share) amounting to RM6.57 million which subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company on 23 April, 2007, will be paid on 28 May, 2007 to members registered on the Company’s register at
the close of business at 5.00p.m. 11 May, 2007.
